All people are unique, and bring irreplaceable gifts to the world. We would go so far as to say that we cannot function well as a community until we figure out how to appreciate the giftedness of all people, including people with disability. Darcy Elks will help us to reflect on the gifts that people we know and care deeply for bring to the world, and think through ways that those gifts can be fully actualized, contributed, and welcomed. Darcy’s deep experience and wisdom is built over a lifetime of committed change agentry, parent advocacy, and life experience as a mother and as a master SRV expert.
