“SRV leaders from across India will gather together in person to strengthen ourselves and each other, to envision ways to bring the powerful ideas we share forward, and to build our change movement. We will rely on our gathered group with our experience, passion, and sense of community to set direction for the upcoming few years. For practical reasons, we are unable to bring all AISRV members together, but are inviting some leaders to be a part of this gathering, and together will find ways to include everyone.
We’ve all adapted, grown, and managed to build our SRV community through the days of 100% Zoom, and thankfully, things are changing. There are many practices we’ll want to carry forward, and ones we don’t but there will always be a place for sharing physical space, and this is one of those moments.
So join us as we plot and plan for a future full of great possibility and potential for people with disability and their families. We’ll stay together, share meals together, and invite an atmosphere of creativity, growth, high expectations, and celebration. Each of you will be invited to share experiences and strategy, and we’ll all be better change agents as a result.”
