DESCRIPTION:Join us in exploring the life-changing opportunity of inclusive post-secondary education for adult learners with intellectual disabilities. Through a collaborative conversation over four sessions\, we will explore the foundation\nand history of Alberta’s inclusive post-secondary education initiatives that seek to guide students and families on an inclusive pathway. \nThe four sessions will occur on February 2\, 4\, 9 and 11 from 1p-3p and include exploration of: \nNormative Pathways\nSupporting Students and Families to Create a Vision for an Inclusive Life (a life not dependent on services and\nfunding)\nDreaming Big- the History and Experience of Inclusive Post-Secondary Education in Alberta\nStudent Life (on campus & in the community)\nCareer and Employment\nLife Post-Studies
