Presenters:     Prof. Wolf Wolfensberger, Susan Thomas, and possibly several associates.

Fee:     $295 US; includes handouts, refreshments, lunches, and two suppers. For information on possible fee reductions, contact Joe Osburn at Indiana Safeguards Initiative (see“Sponsor” above).

Content:     A wide range of SRV-related topics will be covered, all of an advanced nature, and including SRV theory, its application and implementation, and its teaching.

Prerequisites:     ALL participants MUST have previously attended a full-length introductory SRV workshop or course of at least two full days (usually three or four) in length.  Previous attendance at a PASSING workshop is NOT required.

Format:     The workshop will be conducted in a series of modules, in lecture style, with  extensive use of overheads and slides.  Thee will be opportunities for questions discussion after each module.

II. REGISTRATION FEE

A. Enclose check, money order, or voucher payable to “Indiana Safeguards, Inc.” in the amount of $295.00 (US).  Some tuition reductions can negotiated; contact Joe Osborne at Indiana Safeguards Initiative.

B. Refund Policy: (1) Cancellation up to 14 days prior to the start of he workshop: fee will be refunded.
    (2) Cancellation between 0 and 14 days of the start: ISI retains 25% of the fee and refunds the rest.
    (3) IS will retain fee for registrants who neither show up nor cancel prior to the event, or who show up but leave before the end of the event for any reason not negotiated in advance.
